One source says Harriet was born in New Hampshire in 1809. Moses wasn't listed in the 1810 New Hampshire census. She may have been born in New Hampshire, but it would have been later, before 1820.
(From the Will of Moses Blackman) I also give and devise to my daughter Harriet Barker the wife of Joseph Barker and her heirs the South East quarter of the South West quarter of Section No Seven, Township No Eleven, of Range No Seventeen, lying and being in said County of Athens and State of Ohio, being the same land on which Joseph Barker now resides.
