   General Notes:

In the 1860 Iowa Federal census, it showed her as one month old and they called her Elizabeth, it could be her first or middle name.
She did not let her grandchildren call her grandma because she said she was too young to be a grandmother, they called her Ma Mervard instead. She had a temper and the grandkids remember that she would threaten to throw boiling water on anyone that would make her mad.
She divorced Charles Blackman (unknown when) and married Charles Mervard in 1906. After he died in 1942, she later married twice more. She died in January of 1959 at the age of 98.
On the Register of Mariages in Iowa, when she married Charles Mervard, it is listed that she was German.

Antonetti married Charles Pierce Blackman, son of George Washington Blackman and Sarah Melissa Mayhew, on 2 Jul 1876 in Chillicothe, Iowa. (Charles Pierce Blackman was born on 28 Mar 1853 in Vinton County, Ohio and died on 27 Jan 1949 in Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa.)

Antonetti also married Carl Charles Mervard, son of Joseph Mervard and Mary ?, on 6 Sep 1906 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa. (Carl Charles Mervard was born on 26 Jun 1871 in Germany and died on 17 May 1942 in Council Bluffs, Pottawattamie County, Iowa.)

   Marriage Notes:

On the Marriage Certificate (District Court of Pottawattamie County, Iowa #16201), her age was listed as 35 and upwards. On the Register of Marriages, it is listed as 34 years on next birthday. Very interesting, women also lied about their ages way back then. They were married by Rev. Henry DeLong.
